Jill, have you been to Pie in the Sky? My hubby is working on a project in Conroe and has been telling me all about a cute little place called, Pie in the Sky. We stopped by this weekend and had brunch and pie for dessert. WOW! It was awesome. The restaurant is cute and funky. They had a 1950's old television as a coffee table, old school house benches in the bathrooms, and antique doors with light fixtures hanging on the ceilings. It's really a cute place. Just wondering if you have ever been?

Oh no... I've been craving pie lately. I grew up in Conroe (but my parents have moved) and Pie in the Sky must be new. I might have to swing by on my way home from Dallas. I just looked at the directions on-line. YUM!
I think you'll really enjoy it. They have all sorts of great pies. They even have little individual pies. I brought a individual apple pie home. It was delish but now I have to stay away from sweets the rest of the week.
