A lot of people do not know this but the world's best olive oil comes from Southern France and Northern Italy. However, here in the United States we have the same climate as in that region in California. I grew up in Northern California around the Wine Country. Olive oil is fantastic for cooking, dipping bread, and beauty products. They actually have olive oil tasting like wine. I'm a huge fan of olive oil and love it.
